When industry meets oil-absorbing machines—it couldn’t be more convenient.

Industrial oil skimmers (also known as oil skimming machines, oil-water separators, or oil collectors) are currently one of the most reliable and cost-effective devices for removing floating oils from liquid surfaces. They are easy to operate, consume minimal electricity, and require no consumables—making them highly efficient at eliminating various types of surface oils from water, including motor oil, kerosene, diesel fuel, lubricating oils, vegetable oils, and other grease-like substances that are lighter than water. Importantly, these skimmers can effectively adsorb and remove even thin or thick layers of oil on the water’s surface. The primary applications include: 1. Removing floating oils from recycling tanks used in various metalworking fluids, steel rolling emulsions, and cleaning solutions. 2. Serving as a pre-treatment system in industrial wastewater treatment facilities, specifically in regulating tanks, grease traps before advanced purification processes, and air flotation separation units designed to collect floating oils. Key features of these skimmers include: 1. A specially designed stainless steel oil-skimming belt with exceptional oil-absorbing capabilities—capable of capturing even the thinnest, multicolored oil films visible to the naked eye, achieving an oil removal rate of over 95%. 2. The collected oil contains extremely low moisture content, allowing it to reach a high purity level of up to 93%, thus enabling effective oil-water separation and facilitating the recovery of valuable waste oil. 3. The skimming blade is adjustable, ensuring optimal performance for maximum oil removal efficiency. 4. The skimmer can withstand harsh conditions, including exposure to strong acids, strong bases, and high temperatures—operating reliably at temperatures exceeding 120°C. 5. The length of the oil-skimming steel belt can be customized according to the specific requirements of the installation site. 6. Depending on the application environment, users can choose between standard models or custom-made versions tailored to their needs, such as corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, wind-resistant, or steam-proof designs. 7. Equipped with manual or automatic controls featuring 24-hour time-proportional settings, the skimmer can be programmed to automatically start, stop, or pause operation at predetermined intervals throughout the day. 8. No consumables are required, and the device boasts ultra-low power consumption. Additionally, its stepless-speed motor allows operators to adjust the skimmer’s speed dynamically based on the amount of oil present in the water. 9. A magnetic pulley system drives the oil-skimming belt, eliminating the need for submerged wheels and significantly reducing mechanical failures.
