Flooring Machinery Widely used for grinding rough, uneven surfaces, removing sealants and paints from concrete floors, as well as innovatively treating various surfaces such as old epoxy flooring, resins, and more—including grinding and finishing.
After the floor grinding machine has been operating for a while, if you notice it losing power, you can loosen the base screws and adjust the belt tensioning screw accordingly. If the machine frequently shuts off automatically during operation, check whether the power cord is a standard 4-square-millimeter wire compliant with national regulations, and ensure that the cord is fully extended—avoid coiling it tightly. Additionally, inside the overload and leakage protection switch, there’s a white connecting wire; make sure it’s securely plugged in before proceeding.
If the belt isn’t loose but the motor is still running while the chassis remains stationary, it’s possible the pulley has come loose. Please open the front cover and re-install the pulley.
If the machine is experiencing oscillations, check whether the rubber anti-vibration pads on the base have come loose or cracked. If they’ve detached, add washers and tighten them securely. If they’re cracked, replace them immediately. Alternatively, if one corner of the triangular plate beneath the base lacks the installed grinding tool, causing imbalance and resulting in vibrations, promptly replace the grinding tool to restore stability.
