Adding pulp During concrete construction, the trowel plate, by rotating and moving, can lift the slurry from within the concrete upward, creating a uniform slurry film on the concrete surface. This slurry film effectively fills in any pores or depressions on the concrete surface, enhancing both its smoothness and density—and laying a solid foundation for subsequent leveling and polishing operations.
Smooth out :The screed can perform a preliminary leveling of concrete surfaces, smoothing out any uneven areas to achieve basic flatness requirements. It allows for rapid coverage of large concrete areas, boosting construction efficiency while significantly reducing the physical strain on workers.
Compaction As the screed rotates and moves, it applies a certain amount of pressure to the concrete surface, thereby achieving compaction of the concrete. Compaction helps arrange the concrete particles more tightly, enhancing the strength and durability of the concrete while minimizing shrinkage cracks and sanding on the concrete surface.
