Instructions for Using Multi-Functional Floor Grinding Machines

1. Step on the multi-functional support stand with either your left or right foot and attach the protective cover; then gently lay the grinder flat.

2. Adjust the operating handle to the appropriate position;

3. Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the tank.

4.  Make sure the power supply voltage is the same as that of this unit, and be certain to check that the machine switch is in the OFF position. “ON” position: Connect the power cord correctly, insert the plug into the socket on the device body, and after powering on, the red power indicator light will illuminate.

5. Install the grinding disc that matches the nature of the ground surface, turn on the water valve, and add an appropriate amount of water. After tilting the rear wheels to lift the machine off the ground, start the grinder. (Note: When starting up, the frequency converter speed control knob should be adjusted slowly; once the machine is running, you can adjust the speed freely.)

Post-use maintenance instructions  :

1. Set the operating handle to the vertical position and disconnect the power cord, then unplug the cord and place it in a dry location.

2. Remove the adapter mount and the refurbished plate from the machine, clean both the adapter mount and the refurbished plate, then hang them up to air dry.

3. Use a slightly damp, clean cloth to clean the machine. After using the machine in a humid environment, be sure to also pay attention to cleaning its surface.

4. Please check that the entire machine and its accessories are in good condition, and perform necessary maintenance and upkeep before storage.
