I. Introducing the 630 The Metengqi 12T-630E multi-functional floor grinding machine series is a professional-grade machine designed for floor grinding and maintenance tasks. It’s ideal for applications such as grinding and polishing concrete and stone surfaces. The machine is suitable for use on various flooring materials, including wood floors, terrazzo, marble, granite, and concrete. When paired with specialized grinding consumables, it can effectively remove epoxy coatings from floor surfaces. Operating on a 380V three-phase power supply, the machine achieves a high rotational speed of up to 1800 RPM. Perfectly suited for large-scale construction sites, it’s commonly used in epoxy flooring projects at parking areas, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Weighing in at a robust 220 kg, this model stands out as a heavyweight contender among similar grinders. Additionally, its variable-frequency drive system allows you to freely adjust the rotation speed according to your specific process requirements, ensuring stable and durable performance. II. Operating Instructions 1. Step in with either your left or right foot onto the multifunctional support stand, then secure the protective guard in place. Gently lower the grinder onto the surface. 2. Adjust the handle to a comfortable position for operation. 3. Fill the water tank with an appropriate amount of clean water. 4. Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the machine’s specifications. Ensure the machine switch is set to the "OFF" position before connecting the power cord correctly. Insert the plug into the machine’s socket, and once powered on, the red power indicator light will illuminate. 5. Attach the grinding disc that best suits the type of flooring you’re working on. Open the water valve to release a moderate amount of water. After tilting the rear wheels slightly to lift the machine off the ground, start the grinder. (Note: When initiating the machine, slowly adjust the speed using the variable-frequency control knob. Once running, you can fine-tune the speed as needed.)
