Reason: epoxy floor paint coating before the basic surface treatment is not good, coated on the surface of the basis of oil, wax, water vapor, dust and chemicals, or surface pretreatment to paint the construction interval is too long. Treatment: The surface of the coated object shall be treated and cleaned before coating, and the coating construction shall be carried out immediately. 2. Reason: Improper selection of primer. If the hardness of the primer is too large, the adhesion between the topcoat and the primer will be lost. Treatment: Primer with good adhesion and wettability should be selected. 3. Reason: The surface of the coated object is too smooth Treatment: The surface of the coated material should be polished or chemically treated. Old paint should be re-polished. 4, reason: in the primer is not dry before the finish or varnish, the film is prone to cracking or falling off. Treatment: Generally, the primer should be completely dried before finishing paint. 5. Reason: The coating film is too thick, because the surface layer has been dried out, while the bottom layer is dried slowly or not dried out. During the drying process, the topcoat shrinks too much and causes cracking and falling off. Treatment: construction should pay attention to each paint film should not be too thick.
