The 12T-630 is Metengqi's newly launched floor grinder, which has been warmly received by everyone. Below, let’s take a closer look at the precautions you should keep in mind during operation:
1. All gearboxes must have their gear oil replaced after the first 1,000 hours of use, and thereafter, the gear oil should be changed annually.
Symptoms: The internal parts of the gearbox are rough because a break-in process is required during the first use, resulting in iron particles being generated.
2. All gearboxes should be handled with care, gently placed during the replacement of wear plates and transportation;
3. All gearboxes must be thoroughly cleaned after each operation—plain water is sufficient. (This can help extend the lifespan of the floor grinder and oil seals.)
4. Always check regularly whether the gearbox oil level is normal; if it’s low, top up promptly. (An oil dipstick can be used for this check.)
5. Be careful not to let water enter the frequency converter and motor when adding water;
6. The correct voltage should be applied to the machine;
7. If the gearbox makes unusual noises, it must be stopped immediately for inspection to identify the cause. Continuing to use it could lead to damage of other small gear components.
