Floor Grinding Machine Primarily used for floor grinding applications, it features convenient and efficient operation. Today, the market offers an increasing variety of floor grinders, but their quality also ranges widely. So, how should we assess whether a floor grinder is good or not? Consider the following aspects.
1. The control of the floor grinding machine governs the mechanical operation process and reduces operator fatigue.
2. The reliability of a floor grinding machine refers to its failure rate and the stability of its operation.
3. The working efficiency of a floor grinding machine directly impacts a company’s profitability and construction costs.
4. The construction results of the floor grinding machine reflect the smoothness, glossiness, and clarity achieved after the mechanical grinding process.

Important note: Professional personnel must be present to provide guidance when operating the floor grinder.

 Floor Grinding Machine

The floor grinding machine is used for grinding surfaces on the ground; you can typically spot these machines on campus lawns. But how exactly is this floor grinder operated to achieve its intended grinding effect? Let’s now learn about the operational procedures of a floor grinding machine.
The operating procedure for the floor grinding machine
1. Select the appropriate grinding wheel based on the construction process and install it properly.
2. Step on the extended lever with either your left or right foot—this allows one person to easily pry up the 270kg floor grinder and gently lower it back down into place.
3. Adjust the operating handle to the appropriate position.
4. Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the tank; if using dry grinding, no water is needed—simply connect it with a dust-collection device—and then install the protective cover.
5. Before turning on the machine, ensure it is in the "off" position, properly connect the power cord by inserting the plug into the unit's socket, and once powered on, the red indicator light will illuminate—or the inverter display panel will light up.
6. Turn on the water valve and release a moderate amount of water. After about 5 seconds, start the floor grinder (use the forward/reverse switch). Note that when starting up, the speed control knob should be set to at least 900 RPM; once running, you can adjust the speed as desired. Then, perform grinding in a "#"-shaped pattern across the entire surface—moving up, down, left, and right—to ensure evenness and prevent any light reflections. Continuously check the progress while grinding, refining the process until the floor is completely leveled.
7. When wet-milling, use a water vacuum to remove wastewater; when dry-milling, employ a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly clean dust from the floor. Also, check that the floor surface is smooth and level.
8. Replace the floor grinding discs, performing a full " # "-shaped grind (up, down, left, and right). Each pass should overlap the previous one by about 20 cm along the edges—do not skip or change the grit size of the grinding disc during the process.
