1. It is necessary to wear safety goggles and a dust mask before operating floor machinery; operations are prohibited if protective measures are inadequate.
2. Before operating the floor machinery, carefully inspect the protective cover and auxiliary handle—they must be intact and free of looseness.
3. When replacing the grinding wheel, it is essential to turn off the power supply and only proceed after confirming everything is safe. Be sure to use the dedicated tool for removing and installing the V-belt—never strike or tap it randomly.
4. Before installing the grinding wheel, check carefully for signs of moisture or chipped edges. Ensure the installation is secure and free from looseness. Never use external force—such as striking the grinding wheel clamping nut—with tools other than those specifically designed for this purpose.
5. When the floor machine has been operating for an extended period and the machine body exceeds 50°C, feeling hot enough to burn your hands, please stop the machine immediately and allow it to cool naturally before resuming use.
6. The power outlet being used must be equipped with a leakage circuit breaker, and the power cord should be checked for any signs of damage.
7. Prohibit the use of floor machinery without safety guards. Floor machinery with loose or improperly secured guards must not be used and should be promptly repaired by a designated person. Individuals are strictly forbidden from dismantling floor machinery on their own.
8. Before using the floor machine, it is essential to power it on and run a test to ensure the grinding disc operates smoothly and normally. Also, check the wear level of the carbon brushes and have them replaced promptly by a qualified technician. Only after confirming everything is in order should the machine be put into normal operation.
9. When using floor grinding machines, remember not to apply excessive force—instead, press steadily and evenly to prevent the grinding disc from shattering. If you notice the grinding disc becoming jammed, immediately lift the machine off the floor to avoid damaging the equipment or creating a safety hazard caused by the disc breaking into sharp fragments.
10. When operating floor grinding and cutting machines, ensure the direction of motion does not point toward nearby personnel or any flammable and explosive hazardous materials, to avoid unnecessary injuries. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times. Use the equipment correctly to safeguard both personal safety and property.
