1. The equipment sealing does not meet the standard:Bag dust collectorIt is assembled from the upper box of the clean air chamber and the conference hopper. Check the connection between the door and the upper box body and the conference hopper with screws. During the connection operation, if the sealing strip is unqualified, it will cause dust leakage.
2. If the filtering wind speed is too high, the filtering materials of bag filter are generally divided into normal temperature and high temperature. The cold wind speed should be controlled at 1.0 - 2.0 m/min, and 0.8 - 1 m/min should be controlled between high temperature and wind speed. If the wind speed is too high, the dust adhesion strength on the surface of the filter bag will be strong, the pulse jet dust will adhere to the fabric surface, and the rear resistance will increase rapidly, causing dust leakage of the dust removal equipment.
3. Improper selection of dust removal bag: As an important part of dust removal equipment, dust removal bag plays an irreplaceable role in the filtration process of dust removal equipment. If the weight of the dust bag is insufficient or the density is too small, the dust of the dust removal equipment will leak, causing the dust removal equipment to fail to meet the standards.
