Sikafloor®-9 MineralTop Nature (Sika No. 9 Mineral Dry‑Spray Hardener) – Cement‑based mineral aggregate dry‑spray hardener, 25 kg per bag, in the natural shade (cement gray).
I. Basic Product Information
Full name: Sikafloor®-9 MineralTop Nature
Type: Cement-based, non-metallic, dry‑sprinkled floor hardener with natural mineral aggregates.
Packaging: 25 kg/bag (kraft paper bag with lamination, originally sealed)
Color: Nature (natural color / cement gray);
Available in gray, green, red, and other colors. Composition: high-hardness quartz mineral aggregate, Portland cement, synthetic fibers, and admixtures (metal-free and rust-resistant).
Shelf life: 12 months (stored dry at 5–30°C) Density: approximately 2,250 kg/m³ (28 days)
II. Core Technical Parameters (Construction and Performance)
Application rate: approximately 5 kg/m² (dry spreading, with a thickness of about 2.5–3 mm)
Compressive strength: ≥70 MPa (CT-C70 grade) Sika
Wear resistance grade: AR1.0 (national standard for high wear resistance) Sika
Applicable substrate: Fresh, moist concrete (before initial set)
Construction method: manual or mechanical spreading → leveling → finishing, forming a monolithic bond with the concrete.
