How to Maintain a Grinder
1. Regularly inspect electrical circuits, and replace any damaged ones immediately.
2. Regularly inspect all equipment components and immediately tighten any that are loose.
3. Regularly add lubricating oil into the greasing hole.
4. Before starting work, test the machine once to ensure there are no foreign objects.
5. After work, clean the inside of the machine and keep the equipment tidy.
6. Records must be kept after maintenance is performed.
7. During maintenance, pay attention to cleaning away contaminants and inspect the work area and springs for signs of burning or fracture. If any such issues are found, repairs should be carried out promptly.
8. Check whether the inlet and outlet channels of the grinding fluid are blocked—ensure they remain unobstructed. Lubricant should be added to all moving parts.
9. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning the venting grooves and removing debris from the holes. If gas trapping or air entrapment occurs, take necessary measures to address the issue. 
Promptly remove and promptly repair worn areas.
10. Maintain the equipment's appearance by having professionals perform regular upkeep to prevent rusting. When removing the mold, be sure to apply anti-rust oil. Additionally, when storing the equipment, cover it properly to avoid dust from settling on the working surfaces.
II. Grinder Maintenance
