I. Understanding 630

The Metech 12T-630E Multi-Functional Floor Grinder series is a professional machine designed for floor grinding and maintenance. It’s ideal for tasks such as grinding and polishing concrete and stone surfaces. The machine is suitable for use on various flooring materials, including wood floors, terrazzo, marble, granite, and concrete. When paired with specialized grinding consumables, it can effectively remove epoxy coatings from floor surfaces. Operating on a 380V three-phase power supply, the machine delivers a powerful performance, reaching speeds of up to 1,800 RPM. Perfectly suited for large-scale construction sites, it’s commonly used in epoxy flooring projects for parking lots, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Weighing in at a robust 220 kg, this grinder stands out as a heavyweight contender among its peers—truly a "Thanos" in the world of floor grinders. Plus, thanks to its advanced 18kW variable-frequency drive, you can easily adjust the rotation speed to match your specific workflow requirements, ensuring both stability and durability.

II. Operating Instructions

1. Step on the multi-functional assist stand with either your left or right foot, then attach the protective cover; gently lay the grinder flat.

2. Adjust the operating handle to the appropriate position;

3. Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the tank;

4. Ensure the power voltage matches the unit's specifications, and always verify that the machine switch is in the OFF position. “Power” position—correctly connect the power cord, insert the plug into the unit’s socket, and once the power is turned on, the red power indicator light will illuminate.

5. Install the grinding disc that matches the ground surface, turn on the water valve, and add a moderate amount of water. After tilting the machine onto its rear wheels to lift it off the ground, start the grinder (note that when starting, the frequency converter speed control knob should be adjusted slowly; once running, you can freely adjust the speed as needed).
