Epoxy Floor Grinder Operating Instructions
1. Place the machine flat on the ground.
2. Remove the motor cover and check the tightness of the belt. If the belt is too loose, press down the handle to tilt the chassis, loosen the chassis screws (4 screw holes are oval), adjust the screw position in the oval hole to tighten the belt, and then install the motor cover. (The three-head grinding machine directly removes the motor cover to check the belt tightness, which can be directly adjusted).
3. After the chassis is tilted, expose the grinding disc, install the grinding head in the fixed position of the chassis, and then lock the grinding head to prevent looseness.
4. Put the machine back to the ground slowly to make the grinding pad touch the ground.
5. Plug in the power supply.
6. Turn on the vacuum cleaner switch, turn on the power switch, and the machine starts to run.
After the machine is running, slowly move forward to make it touch the grinding area.
8. In the process of operation, if there is any abnormal situation, please press the OFF key to stop the machine.
9. Turn off the power supply after the machine works for 50 minutes, turn on the upper and lower bins of the vacuum cleaner, and clean up the dust in the bin and on the cotton net in the bin.
10. When replacing the grinding plate, the machine should be stopped first.
11. After the machine is finished, turn off the power switch and turn off the vacuum cleaner switch.
12. Use of the environment
12.1：
The air pump should be placed in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment. The installation surface shall be firm and smooth.
12.2:
If the power supply uses only 90% of the allowable pressure under continuous load, the allowable voltage fluctuation range will increase or decrease by plus or minus 10%
12.3: Preparation before starting
(1) Check the fastening of the air pump, whether the firmware is loose or falling off, the shell should be free of deformation or dislocation, and everything should be intact.
(2) Check whether the motor wiring is correct and whether the power supply voltage is normal. Power-on operation can only be carried out after everything is normal.
(3) The air pump shell is grounded and a leakage protector is installed.
(4) Check whether the motor steering is correct.
Warning!!!
It is forbidden to start the air pump with power on when it is connected!
12.4: Normal operation
The normal operation of the air pump should be stable, vibration, temperature rise and noise are normal. It is strictly forbidden to use hard connection at the inlet and outlet of air pump, and soft connection must be adopted.
12.5: Abnormal conditions
During the operation of the air pump, if there is an abnormal increase in noise, screaming, increased vibration, and abnormal temperature rise, the power should be cut off immediately for inspection, and the power should be operated after troubleshooting.
13. Maintenance and Maintenance
13.1: Air pump appearance to keep clean.
13.2: air pump inlet and outlet filter should always keep clean, so as not to block the impact of air pump performance and normal work.
13.3: When replacing the bearing in time, the bearing specification and bearing grease should meet the requirements, and the replacement of the bearing should be operated by professional maintenance personnel.
