D, polyurethane paint contains moisture or dry in a humid environment;
E. Baking paint shall be constructed below 5 ℃;

At a lower temperature, the wet coating film has poor fluidity, especially the surface temperature is lower due to solvent volatilization, which makes the fluidity worse, and it is better to cause solvent vapor to stay. In addition, moisture is also easy to cause prickly heat. The moisture in the paint and the moisture in the construction environment are uniform prickly heat, however, prickly heat caused by moisture erosion of the coating is often uneven and has a certain pattern like insect crawling.
Precautions:
A, improve the film dry, so as to improve the film solvent release;
B, avoid the bottom temperature under the construction of dry;
C, reduce the solvent polarity, thereby reducing the ability of the film to retain the solvent;
D, the use of the correct surface additives, improve the surface permeability;
E, use the correct diluent and curing agent.
