(1) Use the epoxy floor grinder correctly with a 380V voltage.
(2) Select the appropriate grinding wheel based on the material and proceed with grinding. During rough grinding, the angle between the grinding wheel and the workpiece should ideally be between 30 and 40 degrees, applying even pressure to lay a solid foundation for fine grinding, thereby enhancing efficiency.
(3) When cutting V-belts using an epoxy floor grinder, adjust your approach according to the material type. Beforehand, securely clamp the workpiece, and during cutting, avoid applying excessive pressure, tilting, or shaking—instead, carefully control the cutting force based on the material’s characteristics. Ensure the cutting wheel remains parallel to the material’s edge throughout the process, and never attempt to cut by pressing sideways at an angle. Also, pay close attention to the rotational direction of the grinding wheel while cutting.
(4) Always stay fully focused while working and maintain a clear, rational mindset when operating power tools. Individuals experiencing fatigue, under the influence of alcohol, or taking stimulants such as medication are strictly prohibited from operating power tools.
(5) To prevent the machine from unexpectedly starting, be sure to check that the machine switch is in the OFF position before plugging it in.
(6) When performing high-altitude cutting or grinding operations without tools, it is essential to wear protective gear such as a safety helmet, secure a safety harness, and don eye protection. Ensure that your footing is stable and provides sufficient room for maneuvering. Grip the grinder firmly, and carefully operate after first equipping it with a guide plate or cutting positioning device tailored to the specific site conditions.

(7) When borrowing or returning the epoxy floor grinder, please do not carry only the power cord without holding the grinder body, to avoid accidentally pulling out the cord and causing the grinder to fall and break.
