II. Safety instructions
1. The operator must wear waterproof insulated work shoes.
2. Please connect the mechanical power supply to the distribution box before use to ensure that there is leakage protection and overload protection in the distribution box.

4. The national standard wire is preferred for the power cord to ensure that the length of the wire does not exceed 100 meters.

Three. Operating Instructions
1. Adjust the tightness of the belt. If the belt is too loose, tighten the two screws under the front floor, and then tighten the lower advancing bolts with a wrench until the specified tightness is reached, and then install the belt cover.
2. Turn up the blade of the milling machine to expose the blade, check the installation of the blade and the tightness of the screw, and then adjust the outer skirt to the appropriate position.
3. Square the machine and check whether the front walking wheel and the rear wheel are in the same plane.
4. Plug in the power supply and press the start switch. If the machine moves backward, turn off the machine immediately, change the two phase lines, and the machine is turning to normal operation.
5. After the machine is started, the appropriate depth can be adjusted according to the ground strength and the appropriate speed can be selected to advance at a constant speed. The upper handle is a coarse depth handle, and the screw is a fine adjustment. Generally, it is adjusted to the appropriate depth in the order of first coarse and then fine.
6. In operation, please stop the machine immediately if there is any abnormal phenomenon.

Four. Condition handling
1. The milling machine must be rotated in the forward direction (along the direction of travel) to start. Due to the different electrical phases at the work site, the steering may be different. It can be handled by changing the two phase lines of the power cord.
2. All the machinery is running normally, but the lower part of the tool holder is not running, which may be due to the loosening of the belt. At this time, it can be realized by tightening the bolts on the ground, or the connection between the tool holder and the main shaft may be abnormal.
3. If there is a slight noise in the machine, but the motor does not rotate, please turn off the power immediately, check whether the motor is lack of phase, or contact the company directly after sales.

Five. Maintenance instructions
1. If you do not use the equipment, please put it in a dry place, and add a little butter or lubricating oil to the knife shaft and rotation.
2. Check whether the mechanical connection is loose and check the tightness of the belt. Do not place the machine in close proximity to other corrosive materials.
