The Metech 12T-630E multi-functional floor grinding machine series is a professional machine designed for floor grinding and maintenance. It’s ideal for tasks such as grinding and polishing concrete and stone surfaces. The machine is suitable for use on various flooring materials, including wood floors, terrazzo, marble, granite, and concrete. 1. Step on the multi-functional assist stand with either your left or right foot, then attach the protective cover; gently lay the grinder flat.
2. Adjust the operating handle to the appropriate position;
3. Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the tank;
4. Ensure the power voltage matches that of this unit, and always verify the machine switch is in the OFF position. “Power” position—correctly connect the power cable, insert the plug into the unit’s socket, and once powered on, the red power indicator light will illuminate.
5. Install the grinding disc that matches the ground surface, turn on the water valve, and add a moderate amount of water. After tilting the machine onto its rear wheels to lift it off the ground, start the grinder (note that when starting, the frequency converter speed control knob should be adjusted slowly; once running, you can freely adjust the speed as needed).
Use After-care instructions :
1. Set the operating handle to the vertical position and disconnect the power cord by unplugging it, then place the cord in a dry area.
2. Remove the adapter mount and refurbishment plate from the machine, clean both the adapter mount and the refurbishment plate, then hang them up to air dry.
3. Use a slightly damp, clean cloth to wipe down the machine. After using the machine in a wet environment, be sure to also clean its surface thoroughly.
4. Please check that the entire machine and its accessories are in good condition, and perform necessary maintenance and upkeep before storage.
5. Store the machine in a clean, dry place, ensuring that the operating handle is positioned vertically and securely locked during storage.

1. Operators should pay attention to the machine's operation to prevent accidents.
2. Before leaving the machine, make sure to shut down all rotating parts.
3. Use power supplies, plugs, and sockets that comply with national regulations.
