　　I. Construction Precautions

　　1. Construction can only proceed when the ambient temperature at the site is above 5°C and the relative humidity is below 85%.

　　2. The contractor shall keep detailed records of the construction area, time, temperature, relative humidity, floor surface treatment, and actual materials used, for future reference.

　　3. After coating application, related equipment and tools should be cleaned immediately.

　　II. Treatment of the Flooring Surface

　　1. Newly completed industrial flooring must undergo a period of curing before construction can begin—typically around 28 days.

　　2. Surface cleaning should be carried out using a dust-free sweeper and a large vacuum cleaner.

　　3. The surface roughening of the floor should be done using a dust-free grinder, followed by thorough cleaning with a vacuum cleaner.

　　3. Scraping Material

　　After实干 (25℃, approximately 4 hours), apply two coats of skim coat to the primer surface to ensure the floor's resistance to abrasion, compression, impact, as well as its performance against water, mineral oil, and acidic/alkaline solutions—and to achieve optimal floor flatness.

　　1. Use 70–140-mesh quartz sand and solvent-free epoxy leveling compound as the first coat of putty. Ensure thorough mixing and apply it evenly for a smooth finish. This layer primarily serves to enhance the floor's wear resistance and compressive strength.

　　2. Sand the first coat of putty using a sandbag-type dust-free rolling sander, then vacuum to clean.

　　3. Use quartz sand with a mesh size of 200–700 and solvent-free epoxy leveling compound as the second coat of putty. Ensure thorough mixing to enhance the floor's abrasion resistance and smoothness.

　　4. Sand the third coat of putty using a dust-free rolling grinder equipped with sandbags, then vacuum to clean.

　　4. Apply Decorative Floor Coating

　　1. After the intermediate-layer实干 process (at 20°C for 7 days), proceed with the epoxy solvent-free floor coating application. The application methods include troweling and high-pressure airless spraying, though high-pressure airless spraying is preferred.

　　2. Before coating, the intermediate layer should be sanded and vacuumed using a sandbag-type dust-free rolling sander.

　　3. If Party A, after completing the practical work on the intermediate layer, first proceeded with equipment installation and commissioning, resulting in new defects on the floor, apply patching material for leveling, followed by sanding, vacuuming, and thorough cleaning.

　　4. After the surface coating is sprayed, if bubbles appear, use a defoaming roller to roll back and forth across the floor surface, then allow it to self-level naturally.
