Daily maintenance, also known as routine maintenance, primarily involves cleaning, lubricating, and tightening any parts that tend to loosen, as well as inspecting the integrity of components and assemblies. Second-level maintenance. The main tasks include internal cleaning, lubrication, localized disassembly inspection, and adjustments.
Level 3 maintenance primarily involves disassembling, inspecting, and adjusting the main components of the equipment, and replacing parts that have reached their specified wear limits when necessary. Additionally, the wear condition of key components must be measured, evaluated, and documented. Both Level 2 and Level 3 maintenance are typically carried out by dedicated maintenance and repair technicians, often with the participation of operational staff.
