Product Description: This special vacuum cleaner can effectively filter 0.3 um of dust to 99.97%, suitable for Class 100 or less clean room environment. It has the characteristics of super suction, super filtration and super quiet.
Place of Use: Ideal conditions include laboratory contamination control, dust-free rooms or other dust-sensitive sites, hazardous dust hoists including asbestos, etc.
GM80P has four major filtering systems:
First layer filter: paper bag
Nilfisk vacuum cleaner is a double-layer paper bag made of two materials. The inner lining attracts dust, and when air passes through the outer fiber layer, the paper bag can easily collect and process visual dust.
Second layer filtration: main filter cotton cloth.
The main filter screen treated by electrostatic treatment is super large velvet, which can filter out 99.5% dust with a size of 4 m. The super design provides better surface filtration effect. Another Dralon Gore-Tex filter cotton is resistant to acids (up to 99.995% or more than 0.33 m).
Third layer filtration: motor protective sleeve *
The standard motor shield is made of non-woven material, made of wool and synthetic fibers, and can filter out up to 99.5% of the 2-micron dust. This fine filter is suitable for use at the bottom of the motor. In addition to protecting the motor, it also filters out bacterial-sized dust and reduces the contamination of HEPA or ULPA and prolongs its life.
Fourth tier filtering: HEPA or ULPA filter *
HEPA (high efficiency filter) is the last layer of filtration. It is made of fiberglass paper. It can filter up to 0.3 m of dust up to 99.97%, which is 1/300 dust of human hair diameter. Each filter was tested by DOP (US Army Headquarters) and used in suitable specifications. HEPA filters can collect toxic and dangerous dust. Suitable for use in finer filtration. ULPA (ultra-high efficiency filter) is also made from fiberglass paper, but its material is more closely woven. It can filter 99.9995% of the dust, including 0.12 micron size dust, is 1/960 of the diameter of human hair. The ULPA filter is more suitable for the most important pollution control than the HEPA filter.
