Preparation before 1. construction
1. (Tianna water can be used to remove oil stains. If water is used for cleaning, the construction can only be carried out after the surface is dry.)
2. hardener construction process
1. Spray after the surface is dryMeichengeHardener agent A, after spraying, use mop water to keep the ground humidity for 2-4 hours (dosage: 0.1 kg-0.2kg/m).
2. Grinding is carried out for the first time with Meidengqi multifunctional floor grinding machine, and grinding is carried out with 50-150 mesh resin grinding pieces (with water grinding).
3. Grind for the second time with Meitengqi multifunctional floor grinding machine, and grind with 300-500 mesh resin grinding sheet (with water grinding).
4, ground cleaning, cleaning with washing bucket, brush and water to clean the surface sewage, with Meidengqi MW/MS series of dust suction machine to dry the surface of the ground, let the ground dry.
5. After the ground is completely dry, spray Meitengqi hardener B agent. After spraying, use mop water to keep the ground humidity for 2-4 hours (dosage: 0.1 kg-0.2kg/m).
6. Grind it again with Meidengqi multifunctional floor grinding machine, and grind it with 500-800 mesh grinding pieces (with water grinding) to make the surface feel smooth.
7. Clean up the ground, remove the stains on the surface, clean up with water. The dust suction machine of Meitengqi MW/MS series sucks up the surface of the ground and keeps the ground free of sewage.
8. Polishing is carried out with Meidengqi multifunctional floor grinding machine. Dry grinding does not use water. Polishing is carried out with 1000-2000 mesh resin grinding tablets until the surface is smooth and bright.
